Tap & Tapas

Tap & Tapas is a fundraising event where participants enjoy a walk-around tasting, auctions (live + silent), and dance performances benefiting Groove With Me, a free dance school offering weekly classes for girls in East Harlem.

Tap & Tapas was founded in 2005, and has been graced by the participation of the following chefs: Tom Colicchio, Savion Glover, Eric Ripert, April Bloomfield, Katie Lee Joel, George Mendes, Floyd Cardoz. Past honorees include Hoda Kotb, Savion Glover, Jess Sims, Lauren Lovette, and Lola Ogunnaike. Tap & Tapas is a favorite among NYC benefit goers because it is an easy walk-around, the food is amazing and the children are adorable.
