ArLOL Comedy Series: Friday the 13th

Join Arlo Hotels, the independent, experience-driven lifestyle hotel brand, as it hosts its monthly comedy show, ArLOL at Arlo NoMad. Guests will experience an evening full of laughter and community engagement. The show will be hosted by stand-up comedian and actor Flora Manon and will feature a handful of New York City’s most talented comedians. The comedian lineup will be: 

Nico Carney: A Brooklyn based standup comedian, actor and writer. His standup features his experience as a trans man, growing up in savannah georgia. 

Lissa Lenis: A Puerto Rican/Colombian comedian from Queens, New York and the founder of Bodega Kids, a comedy show that showcases diverse comedians in New York City. 

Jenny Gorelick: A comedian, actor, writer and two-time Emmy nominated producer from New Jersey. She has been featured in sketches for Late Night with Seth Meyers and has a two-person comedy play called Billy & The Situation.  

Clara Olshansky: A writer who has a great passion for standup comedy. Their web content has appeared in publications such as Harper’s Magazine, Food & Wine, Instyle and People.

Matthew Krasno: A local New York City comedian who has been featured in various comedy shows around New York such as the New York Queer Comedy show.  

Lili Michelle: An Iranian stand-up, writer, and actor who is based out of Brooklyn. She loves incorporating family stories into her comedy routine, especially stories about watching Mafia movies with her dad. 

For this special ArLOL comedy night, there will be $13 drink specials offered. Make sure to check out the Halloween editions such as the Seven Deadly Sins Sangria or the Nightmare on 31st ghost pepper tequila punch.
