Sound Mind Sound Body Mindfulness Series is a 5-week mindfulness program designed to nourish both mind and body. The series offers a supportive space to explore simple, powerful tools such as breath awareness, guided meditation, gentle movement, and Reiki–a restorative hands-on technique that helps your body relax and reset. We’ll explore a different theme each week. Journaling prompts will be included each week to encourage personal reflection. All practices are easy to learn and open to everyone. No prior experience needed.
