Scarecrow
Scarecrow is a quiet, disorienting psychodrama structured as deteriorating portrait tableaux, where actors cry on cue in a wheatfield. Text and movement function as separate narrative systems, producing meaning through their disjunction rather than illustration. The work draws on dance-theater lineages while operating closer to visual art than conventional choreography.
