Riverdale Choral Society Open Rehearsal

The Riverdale Choral Society invites singers of all levels to join us for rehearsals for our Spring season. Open rehearsals will be held on two Wednesdays, January 7 and January 14 at 7:00 p.m.

Subsequent rehearsals will take place at 7 p.m. every Wednesday until the beginning of May. We welcome all voice ranges: soprano, alto, tenor, and bass. Rehearsals will be conducted by our Co-Music Director David Štech.

Singers who join the Riverdale Choral Society will rehearse for a concert entitled “The Seasons of Love.” The program of contemporary and traditional music will include folk songs from the English, Irish, and American traditions; settings of the poetry of Rumi and the Song of Songs; and works by Paul McCartney, Stephen Paulus, Leonard Bernstein, and Billy Joel.

This program will be performed at two concerts on Saturday, May 2, and Sunday, May 3.
