Mashomack’s forest harbors some unique and rare trees. Come explore Mashomack by truck and on foot to witness the survivors of devastating disease, colonization, and turbulent weather. We’ll view different forest types and find very tall tulip trees, a huge white oak, a healthy elm tree, and an American chestnut. Bring your camera and be prepared for off-trail hiking. There is limited enrollment for this program.

This is a free program.

Advanced reservations are required for all events. To register for this program, please contact us at [email protected] or call 631-537-9735.
