Their culinary artistry blends ancestral ingredients with contemporary techniques, honoring heritage while looking forward.
The evening also features an intimate performance by singer-songwriter Raye Zaragoza, as well as a traditional dance showcase by the Redhawk Native American Arts Council.
Attendees will also experience an art exhibit and sale featuring student artists from the Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA). All proceeds from art sales go directly to the artists.
