Get crafty at the Rugby Library! Decorate wooden masks for Halloween. We'll supply the materials, you bring the creativity & imagination! Kids Create is recommended for kids ages 6-12. Masks For the health and safety of our staff and patrons, masks are encouraged inside BPL locations.
