Harry Potter: The Exhibition is a Sensory Certified Experience welcoming visitors with sensory needs every day. Designated quiet rooms are accessible to provide a calm and safe space to guests who feel overwhelmed and may need a moment to relax and recharge. Additionally, Sensory Bags filled with tools designed to assist guests with sensory needs are available upon request. The bags include:

Noise-canceling headphones

Fidget tools

Strobe reduction glasses

A communication card

Additionally, designated quiet rooms are accessible to provide a calm and safe space to guests who feel overwhelmed and may need a moment to relax and recharge.

Harry Potter: The Exhibition has partnered with KultureCity to create more comfortable and less overwhelming sessions of the beloved experience for guests with sensory needs (such as PTSD, autism, anxiety, and other) or those who identify as part of the neurodivergent community.
