Good Friday Blues

St. Mark’s Church in-the-Bowery presents its 23rd annual Good Friday Blues, which includes the Passion according to the Gospel of John, meditations by three preachers, and music presented from artists across New York City. Preachers at the service include the Rev. Dr. Lakeesha Walrond, President of New York Theological Seminary; Ms. Nell Gibson, author, pillar of St. Mark’s Church, longtime church and community leader; and the Rt. Reverend Matthew Hyde, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of New York.
