Friday Reset & Intention Meditation w Kissey Asplund

Come for your spiritual Friday reset and kick off the weekend on the right note! Join Grae Wellness and Kissey Asplund in a 45-minute guided meditation and intention class where you may energetically close your week — and set your intentions for the next one.

The class consists of 30 minutes of guided meditation, followed by 10 minutes of silent meditation. This meditation class is a blended technique that also uses energy, light movement and breathwork. You can do the class sitting, standing, or lying down. Open to all levels.

Kissey Asplund is meditation teacher and intuitive creative consultant specializing in the process of energy generation & creative subatomic energy. She is also the founder of the creative wellness website Generation Watts (generationwatts.com) which celebrates the beautiful capacity we all have to generate ideas into form. Asplund has gained international recognition as a music producer, multi-disciplinary artist, and DJ. Creatively, Kissey began playing the piano at the age of 6. Her journey of researching how mind-body work enhances creativity began at 17 when she attended a meditation class. Today, years later, she teaches others how to optimize their inner creative power and hone self-mastery through group classes and 1-on-1 energy sessions.
