The Intrepid Museum presents an unforgettable movie night under the stars. Experience the incredible story of teamwork, ingenuity and resilience of Apollo 13 on the flight deck of the historic aircraft carrier.

This summer, in celebration of the newest exhibition, Apollo: When We Went to the Moon, the Museum is showcasing films about humankind’s fascination with the Moon. Enjoy stunning views of the Hudson River and the city skyline while watching classic moon-themed movies on Intrepid’s flight deck. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 5:00pm and close at 8:30pm (entry is not guaranteed and is subject to capacity; doors may close earlier). The movie will begin at sunset. Light concessions will be sold onsite, and visitors are encouraged to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is NOT permitted. All exits are final; no reentry is allowed.

Intrepid Museum members will receive priority access to the screening. The Museum strives to make all public programs accessible for people with disabilities, and the film will be captioned for the hard of hearing.
