About This Family and Friends Addiction Support Group

When someone is struggling with alcohol or drug addiction, their friends and family are inevitably affected by the heartbreaking and destructive impact of the disease. That’s why a strong support system is just as important for the loved ones of addicts and alcoholics as it is for the individual battling addiction. If you are a parent, partner, sibling, son or daughter, or friend of someone who is struggling with substance abuse, know that you are not alone. Our Family and Friends Support Group offers advice and support from families who have dealt with addiction and recovery from substance use disorders. Each week, new and returning participants are welcome to share their struggles, triumphs, and hopes with one another.

This in-person support group is led by a Family Recovery Coaching Manager. It is free and open to anyone who has been affected by a loved one’s alcoholism or drug abuse and is designed to help you find your  path to a happier, healthier version of yourself. Whether you are seeking advice, looking to share your story, or just want to listen and observe, our family and friends addiction support group is a great way to make connections and work on your own recovery journey.
