DogPound Cardio Classes at ART SoHo rooftop

Arlo SoHo, a lifestyle hotel at the forefront of fashion, wellness and experience, has partnered with one of the neighborhood’s hottest celebrity fitness hotspot DogPound, for a National Wellness month activation. Every Friday in August guests can head to the ART SoHo rooftop for a cardio-focused group class from 8am – 8:45am.

Get ready to go further and breathe easier, this fitness activation will give your body a complete workout focusing on the combination of strength and strength stamina through a series of dynamic movements involving weights and your own body. 

Classes are open to the public and tickets are $50 for non-hotel guests. Limited complimentary spots are available for Arlo guests. Guests can email first and last name to [email protected] to confirm their spot!
