Dinner Journey Around the World, 5-course dinner hosted by MasterChef Season 11, Abe K and Pearl Street Caviar.

Come join us for a five-course meal cooked before you by (Gordon Ramsey-tested) Chef Abe @abes_kitchen. Two starters, two mains, and a dessert all featuring caviar.

Each dish will bring with it a unique story from its corner of the world. Featured caviars are Siberian Select, Keluga, and a rare appearance by Keluga Supreme. In addition, wine to compliment each dish of the night. PSC staff will be on hand to offer caviar tidbits; to chew on and to listen to.

Our mission is to share the power that the addition of caviar plays in dishes from around the world. And, yes, the dessert will also have caviar. Reserve your tickets to join!
