MMJCCM Community Genetic Testing Events for Cancer Prevention Month

In honor of February Cancer Prevention Month, jscreen®, the nonprofit dedicated to preventing genetic diseases, partners with Manischewitz® and author/health advocate Gila Pfeffer to offer free community genetic screenings in New York City. Attendees can access reproductive carrier screening for conditions like Tay-Sachs and hereditary cancer testing for breast, ovarian, and colorectal cancers. The event at MMJCCM coincides with the Fitness Open House and features Pfeffer sharing insights from her “Feel It on the First” breast health campaign. Guests can also enjoy the Manischewitz Food Truck.
