Nashville-based Divinerum Music Group recording artist Mike Younger returns to his old stomping grounds at the East Village’s beloved Parkside Lounge on October 11^th to promote his current album Burning The Bigtop Down (Divinerum Music Group 2021), recorded with legendary players Levon Helm, Spooner Oldham, David Hood and Jim Dickinson and recovered from music biz hell almost 20 years later. He won’t have that line-up for this show, but his band’s performances have been lighting up the country over the past few years from California to Maine, Washington to Florida, and they are sure to pack a punch at Parkside with Younger’s thought-provoking and timely lyrics combined with driving melodies, reflecting his journey from NYC squatter/street musician to Nashville recording artist.

Local NYC veteran rockers George Gilmore and The Jackie Puppet Band round out the bill for a fast-moving, hard-driving night of old-time rock n roll.
