Learn to master the recipe for Gnocchi alla Salvia in the most authentic way, from our Italian Chef Instructor. The buttery sage sauce melts into the plate and captures the recipe that was passed along to him in an Italian Trattoria in Rome. No experience is required and all the equipment and ingredients are provided.
