From May 22nd to 24th, renowned Chef Josiah Hernandez of Chef’s Garden in Rincón, Puerto Rico, will present an exclusive culinary experience at LUME Studios. The pop-up dinner series will feature a vibrant 7-course tasting menu that captures the essence of the Caribbean, each course perfectly paired with wines that elevate the tropical flavors. The experience will conclude with a ceremonial tea.
